We’re busy around the AIP Inc office laying the groundwork for a huge 2019. With several new markets in our sights, we’re excited for what’s to come. We also know that we’ll need an infusion of new talent to turn our goals into thriving realities. As we close out 2018, we’re looking for business-minded people who want to grow right along with an innovative industry leader.

Our incoming event managers benefit from one-to-one coaching provided by our seasoned team members. This is the most effective knowledge transfer method because our veteran event managers started from the entry-level and know exactly what it takes to rise through the AIP Inc ranks. Our newest hires build confidence from their first days on the job thanks to the hands-on guidance they receive in our workspace.

Frequent travel incentives also make it easy for our team members to continue sharpening their skills long after the initial training program has been completed. From leadership conferences to exotic retreats, we put our event managers in contact with all kinds of successful people. These excursions are especially helpful for our newest hires, because they get to forge stronger team bonds as they build their knowledge bases and skill sets.
